The accommodations consist of a living room/kitchen, dinette with pull-out bed (130 x 190 cm), kitchenette with 4-burner hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans and dishes. A double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. The two bedrooms have direct access to two bathrooms with sink, walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, and bidet. The master bedroom bathroom features a chromotherapy shower. The veranda is furnished with a table, six chairs, and two armchairs.
The accommodations are equipped with ceiling cassette air conditioning with diffusion in all rooms, a 43-inch TV and a safe. The accommodation has porcelain stoneware flooring and wall coverings. Thermal and acoustic transmittance gives greater comfort to the home. The external veranda has a surface area of 10.5 m2.
