Questions about the Offices
What are the Reception and Customer Service office hours?
During the winter, the offices are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. During Riva Nuova Camping Village opening hours, the reception is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Customer Service is available 24/7.

What are the cashier’s office hours?
The cashier’s office at Riva Nuova Camping Village is open every day from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
What are the payment methods?
Payments can be made in cash (up to a maximum of €4,999 pursuant to Article 1, Paragraph 384 of Law 29/12/22, No. 197 of the 2023 Budget Law), by credit card, or debit card.
What credit cards are accepted?
Mastercard, Visa, Eurocard, Maestro, Bancoposta, Diners Club International, and American Express are accepted.
Reservation
Is it possible to choose the mobile home or pitch number in advance?
When booking, you can express a preference regarding the area or number of your mobile home or pitch. Your requests will be considered when assigning your unit and, where possible, will be accommodated. However, we cannot guarantee that your desired unit will be assigned with absolute certainty. The mobile home and pitch number will be communicated only upon arrival.
Is it possible to arrive a day after the booked date or leave before the booked departure date?
In case of early departure or late arrival, the booked period must be paid in full.
What happens if I cancel my stay or if I don’t show up?
Cancellations must comply with the cancellation policy found in your reservation. In the event of a no-show by midnight on the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be retained in full and the reserved property will be put back on sale.

Check in
Check-in is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
What time can I check in to my accommodation/pitch on the day of arrival?
Accommodations will be available after 5:00 PM and must be vacated by 9:00 AM on the day of departure. Pitches will be available from 12:00 PM. On the day of departure, pitches must be vacated by 11:00 AM. Departures after the above times will incur an additional day’s stay.
What time must I vacate my accommodation/pitch on the day of departure?
Accommodations must be vacated by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Pitches must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Departures after the above times will incur an additional day’s stay.
Is final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning is optional. Guests can choose to do it themselves, following the guidelines, or pay for the final cleaning service at a cost of €55.
Are vehicles allowed to enter and exit the village at night?
Vehicle entry and exit from the village is permitted from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. You can also leave the village at night or during quiet hours (1:30 PM to 4:00 PM) by parking your car in the outdoor parking lot beforehand.
Is it possible to make a night departure?
We are sorry, but night departures are not permitted.
Is there a quiet time?
Yes, from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm and from 12:00 am to 7:00 am to ensure a relaxing stay.
Animals
Beach
Is beach service included in the price of the stay?
For the village it is included in the services offered (beach equipped with an umbrella, two sun loungers, assigned based on the type of mobile home booked).
Beach service is NOT INCLUDED for pitch stays. Unfortunately, beach service availability cannot be guaranteed; it may or may not be confirmed by the booking office closer to your arrival date.
The price of the beach service will vary (if available) depending on the period and location.
How far is the property from the sea?
The seafront promenade separates the property from the equipped beach. The property is approximately 10 meters from the sea.
Is the beach equipped or free?
In front of the structure, there is both an equipped beach and a stretch of free beach.
Can you smoke on the beach?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the equipped area, in the shaded area, and on the shoreline.
Pool
Is pool access included in the price of the stay?
Pool access is free for all our guests. Visitors are not permitted in the pool. Maximum capacity 350 guests.
Are the pools heated?
No, the pools are not heated.
Is it mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the pool?
Yes, wearing a swimming cap in the pool is mandatory.
What are the pool’s opening hours?
The swimming pool is open from 9.30am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
Is the pool suitable for children?
Yes, there are two children’s pools with different depths. One is 190 m2 and 70 cm deep, and the other is 85 m2 and 45 cm deep, with slides and water features.
In compliance with hygiene safety regulations in swimming pool water:
Before entering the pool, take a thorough shower; wearing a swimming cap is mandatory;
spitting, blowing your nose, or urinating in the water is prohibited;
very young children must wear diapers;
How deep is the adult pool?

Do small children need to wear armbands?
Yes, children who do not touch the water in the pool must wear armbands.
Can children go to the pool alone?
Children under 12 must always be under the supervision of their parents in the pool.
Animation
What activities does the entertainment team organize?
The entertainment team organizes daily mini club activities for children, sports activities (volleyball, soccer, swimming, tennis, fitness, group dancing), and evening shows (musicals, karaoke, baby dance). Entertainment activities will be held in different areas to ensure social distancing. To this end, it may be necessary to rotate guests using different colored wristbands.
Are the entertainment activities paid for?
No, entertainment activities are included in our offer.
Since when has animation been around?
Entertainment begins on the facility’s opening date. Entertainment is guaranteed 7 days a week.
Are there programs for children?
The mini-club is present on the beach from 10:00 to 12:00 and in the mini-club area from 16:00 to 18:00, with evening shows and games for the little ones.
What time is the entertainment available?
The entertainment program begins at 10:00 am on the beach and ends with an evening show.
Who are the entertainment activities aimed at?
The mini club is for children aged 4 to 12, while the Junior Club is for teenagers aged 12 to 16.
Services
Is there a Wi-Fi connection?
YES, it is available throughout the facility and is free via your Facebook profile or via email (60 min/day).
How many cars are allowed per accommodation?
Only one car is allowed per accommodation.
Is bed linen/bathroom change included?
Only bed linen and towels are changed weekly. All other changes are subject to a fee.
Can you rent bicycles?
Yes, it is possible to rent bicycles directly at reception.
Are the sports fields and playground free?
Use of the sports fields and playground is included in the price. Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by their parents at all times.
Are there areas equipped for laundry service?
Yes, there’s a coin-operated laundry with washing machines and dryers in the center of the village near the restrooms. A washing machine load costs €5 (including automatic detergent); a dryer load costs €5.
Are there any charges for hot showers?
No, showers are free.
Can I choose half-board or full-board at the restaurant?
The restaurant does not offer half-board or full-board options. A 15% discount on the à la carte menu is available by guaranteeing a six-day stay. Please contact the restaurant manager upon arrival.
Are the accommodations equipped with a TV?
Mobile homes only.
Are the mobile homes air conditioned?
Yes, all mobile homes have air conditioning free of charge.
Are dishes provided?
All accommodation units are equipped with dishes and utensils.
How far is the property from the nearest city center?
We are in the village, on the Martinsicuro seafront.
Is there a health service nearby?
The local health district (emergency medical service) is located 2 km from our facility. Private pediatric appointments are available at the facility. Please contact management.
Do you provide a midweek cleaning service?
You can add a midweek cleaning (€55, available at reception) or request the relaxation package. The RELAXATION PACKAGE (per accommodation/week): For an additional €100.00 (€160.00), you’ll receive: 1 change of bathroom linens for all guests and 1 midweek cleaning + final cleaning.
Safety
Is there a security service within the village?
The facility has 24-hour security, which is increased at night. Security staff can be contacted at any time by calling the number on the identification bracelet provided upon arrival.
Is it mandatory to wear an identification bracelet?
Yes, for the safety of our guests, wearing it is absolutely mandatory.
Are pedestrian and vehicle exits safe?
All pedestrian exits (seaside and entrance) can only be opened with a chip, which will be given along with the bracelet upon arrival only to adults and children over 13 years of age. Seaside entrances are open from 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and the main pedestrian entrance is open 24 hours a day. The driveway entrance is open from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to midnight.
